Position:  QA Analyst​
Location: 13701 Independence Parkway Fort Worth TX USA 76177
Duration: 6 months

• 6 Months working experience in Service Desk environment
• Excellent soft skills with high ability in driving individual motivation
• Having some experience in conducting call/ticket monitoring preferred
• Good Communication and Writing skills
• Bilingual in Spanish a STRONG plus

Core Responsibilities
• Be accountable and ensure targeted calls/tickets per Agent are monitored on a monthly level, as well as create Agent Coaching packages for Customer Service improvements.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement service improvement programs to constantly improve the service quality of the Global Service Desk
• Maintain a good liaison with other delivery groups and teams.
• Maintain an effective understanding of the business, business requirements, and IT needs.
• Execute Customer satisfaction survey reviews
